“The Laboratory”

Our laboratory is modern, roomy and very well equipped with state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation necessary for R&D and QC lubricants testing. The staff are all professionally qualified and dedicated to their duties. Developing new and improved products for customers is a prime activity.

“The Warehouse”

A number of purpose built warehouses have been constructed in order to protect the quality and integrity of finished products, packages and raw materials. Each warehouse is safe, roomy and readily accessible to lifting devices.

“After Work”

Most of PDM staff and their families live in modern company accommodation freely provided and close by. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of the sporting and recreational facilities on offer.

“World Recognition”

It is important for both local and export markets that products meet local and/or international standards. Our automotive and industrial lubricants are formulated to meet relevant specifications as required by customers. Our Foodgrade lubricants are registered and listed by NSF. They are also approved for use by Halal and AQIS (Australian Quarantine & Inspection Service)

Our factory is modern, safe and well kept. Cleanliness is a major priority as it impacts positively on worker satisfaction and productivity. The premises are subject to planned maintenance plus ongoing capital investment and expansion to cope with increased demand.

“The Facility”

Our facilities are quite extensive. They include blending vessels for oils, greases & specialties, a large array of filling equipment, warehousing, bulk storage, R&D and QC laboratory services, pilot scale equipment, engineering workshop, weighbridge and marine discharge.

“The Production”

We can manufacture lubricating oils and specialties in batch sizes ranging from 1000 litres to 40, 000 litres. Industrial and automotive greases are produced in 3 mt and 6 mt batches. Foodgrade grease is manufactured in 1.2 mt batches. Larger and smaller batch sizes can be produced in special cases. Pack sizes for filling range from small 175 ml bottles to 15,000 litre bulk truck deliveries.
