Hi Melt Series are high quality NLGI 2 & 3 and ISO VG 460 base oil viscosity clay thickened greases formulated to provide outstanding performance in a wide range of automotive and moderate duty industrial applications particularly where very high temperatures are encountered.  They provide exceptional resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, good water resistance and anti-wear performance under high loads and low speeds. Hi Melt Moly 2 contains Molybdenum Disulphide (Moly) to provide additional wear protection.  They are recommended for the lubrication of plain and antifriction bearings in applications such as oven conveyor or kiln bearings operating at low speeds and high temperatures or under cycling conditions of ambient to high temperatures.

Premium Rubber Parts Grease RB2 is a special clay soap thickened grease formulated with Castor Oil to provide outstanding performance in a wide range of automotive and industrial applications where contact with natural and/or synthetic rubber components is required or likely. It provides excellent lubricity, corrosion prevention, and a high degree of mechanical and storage stability. It is available as NLGI 2 consistency grade with ISO VG 320 based oil viscosity and suitable for operating temperature from –9 oC to 80 oC. It is recommended as a general purpose, non-harmful grease for automotive, industrial and consumer parts or components consisting of natural or synthetic rubber.

High Temperature Anti-Seize Grease is a multi-purpose anti-seize compound designed to provide protection against corrosion and metal-to-metal contact in a wide range of automotive, marine, industrial, workshop and domestic applications, particularly where very high temperatures are encountered. It is effective up to 800 OC due to the high Copper content. Some specific applications include thread coating/lubricant for industrial ovens, furnaces and boilers; gasket coating for automotive, marine and industrial cylinders, manifolds and exhaust systems; anti-seize grease for tool and drilling operations eg. mining and oil exploration; lubricant and corrosion preventative for acidic, alkaline or saline operating conditions; anti-seize compound for feed and adjusting screws, linkages and drive chains on earth moving and agricultural equipment; domestic/handyman uses such as screws, nuts & bolts, hinges plus car & motorcycle parts.
